2017 Monmouth College HOF inductees, Nicole Auclair, Steve Glasgow and Blake Boma

MONMOUTH, Ill. – A national champion and a pair of two-sport standouts will be the three inductees into the M Club Hall of Fame on Saturday, Nov. 4, as part of Monmouth College’s Homecoming weekend festivities.
Nicole Auclair ’04, Blake Boma ’05 and Steve Glasgow ’02 will be inducted during the M Club ceremony at 8:30 a.m. on the main concourse of the Huff Athletic Center.

Auclair helped two Fighting Scots programs reach lofty heights, including the only Midwest Conference title for the women’s golf team, for which she was a two-time All-MWC performer. On the softball diamond, Auclair proved she was equally adept at hitting a moving target. Her .373 career batting average included a .420 mark as a freshman, when she earned one of her three All-MWC softball honors.
A 16-time Midwest Conference champion, Boma saved his most significant first-place finish for the final individual race of his Fighting Scots career. At the 2005 national outdoor meet, Boma won the 400-meter hurdles in 51.78 to join an elite group of Monmouth national champions. The title gave Boma two All-American honors, as he placed third in that event at the 2004 national meet.

Glasgow was the starting centerfielder on Monmouth’s winningest baseball team and also a four-time All-Midwest Conference guard for the Fighting Scots in basketball. Playing for his father, Hall of Fame coach Terry Glasgow, the hard-nosed playmaker totaled 1,155 points. His 261 assists and 111 steals rank fourth and fifth all-time, respectively. Glasgow earned two All-MWC honors on the diamond.
Established in 1984, the Hall of Fame honors athletes, coaches and other individuals who have brought significant honor to Fighting Scots athletics. A student-athlete is not eligible for induction until 10 years after graduation.
