The School Spotlight for the month of October shines on Lincoln Early Childhood School. Along with the School Spotlight, members of the staff at Lincoln chose a recipient for the Teacher Spotlight. Nine different teachers were nominated, but this month’s winner is Trisha Olendzki.
Trisha is a kindergarten teacher at Lincoln School, and this is her third year in the district. Some adjectives that her colleagues used to describe her were energized, positive, patient, helpful, cheerful, and dedicated. Lincoln’s Principal Joe Pilger echoed the praises of Olendzki’s colleagues.
“She’s doing a great job in our kindergarten and providing some quality leadership for that team as well as some other teams that she serves on within the school,” Pilger said.
