Monmouth-Roseville Jr High Track Teams Crowned Bobby Dunlap Relay Champs

Monmouth-Roseville boys and girls, 7th and 8th grade track and field teams

The Monmouth-Roseville Titan Jr. High boys and girls track teams hosted 8 schools for their annual Bobby Dunlap Relays at Sunny Lane Field on Saturday. The meet combines the boys and girls team totals together to crown the overall champ. The Titans defend their home field, capturing first place with 131 points. Mercer County took second with 122 and United was 3rd with 100. First place individual finisher for Monmouth-Roseville was Karleigh Ashby in the 8th grade 100 meter dash. Many Titan relay teams crossed the finish line first. The 4×100 7th grade girls team of Addie Switzer, Mariah Reading, Yoselim Hernandez and Chevelle Wolf…..the 4X100 8th grade girls made up of Kya Patterson, Kali Pollitt, Cally Tate and Karleigh Ashby……4×400 7th grade boys team of Silas Braun, TJ Blasius, Ashton Toal and Omar Carillo were all victorious as was the 8th grade boys Distance medley team of Valente Corral, Logan Bratcher, Michael Mendoza and Tyler Briley.
