The 5th Annual Fighting Scots Society Golf Outing will be Friday, June 22, at 1 p.m. Abbie Pendarvis, Associate Director of the Monmouth Fund, Development, and College Relations, shared details:
“We are sold out, so we have 36 teams coming, but we still have some sponsorships available. If you are looking to get involved, that is something we have available for you,” Pendarvis said.
Last year, the outing raised a record-breaking $13,000 for the Fighting Scots Society, the college’s athletic booster club, benefitting student-athletes and the athletic department. Registration begins at noon, followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m., then dinner and an awards program.
This year, the money raised will go toward updating the Trotter Fitness Center with a new look, flooring, weight equipment, and much more.
