Lion's League Ice Cream Social Around the Corner

Share

The Lion’s League annual Ice Cream Social will start at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, at Harmon Park. Lion’s League has been around close to 60 years, something that wouldn’t be possible without great support from the community according to Dan Doyle with the organization.

“It takes a lot of time and effort, a lot of support from our team sponsors and our banner sponsors. We get a lot of support from the community. We really do,” Doyle said.

After the Ice Cream Social, a band performance is scheduled for 7:30 followed by Lion’s League games.

The organization is always looking for new members to join and help out in the community. For more information, email the Lion’s Club at club@monmoutheveninglions.com.
