OSF Holy Family Healthcare Update

OSF Holy Family Healthcare in Monmouth is still encouraging those that have not filled out a Warren County Health Need Assessment Survey to do so. Community Relations Specialist Amber Wood reports on the importance of taking the survey:

“That survey really is a great tool for us to be able to deliver programming and partnerships with the community, that we can come together to make sure that we’re really building a healthier place to live and work,” states Wood.

Wood also wants to inform listeners about a health fair at Strom Center on September 12th. She shares some of the items that will be available:

“Lots of great screenings, with Dr. Feaster with our podiatry. We will have some skin screenings, as well as just some great resources that we will be proving to the community,” Wood shares.

More information will be offered at a later time about the health fair, and you can fill out the survey online at osfholyfamily.org.
