Fall rates are going on now at the Bunker Links Golf Course, 3535 Lincoln Park Drive in Galesburg. Recreation Supervisor and Golf Pro Bryan Leudtke shares more:
“It’s our Octoberfest special so its $19 for 18 holes of golf and cart. So it’s just a fabulous deal and it gets people to take advantage of it to come out a play their last rounds of golf for the year. It gets people out on an iffy day when maybe the weather isn’t maybe that great but the price is certainly worth it. It has been a great thing for us,” reports Leudtke.
The last day to golf for the season is December 15th.
The Bunker Links Golf Course in Galesburg have created a reciprocal program with Gibson Woods, which allows members to golf at the other course for a discounted rate. Recently, other courses have become a part of this. Leudtke reports more:
“We have added quite a few courses over the past couple of years. Oak Run was one of our original courses that we did that with also. Then we added Kewanee Dunes, Aledo, and The Arsenal this year. So we have added a couple courses this year. That’s been a good way to get local players to play at other courses. It’s nice to have the relationship we have built over the years and it seems to be going well,” Leudtke shares.
