Share

October is National Manufacturing Month. The Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development will be hosting a Manufacturing Showcase at Galesburg and Knoxville High Schools on Tuesday October 30th. President of the Knox County Area Partnership Ken Springer shares more details:

“What these are going to entail, we have a number of regional manufacturing companies that are going to participate to bring cool technology, tools, and products. All kinds of things for students to see and touch and interact with. The idea is to get more of our students interested in manufacturing as a career,” Springer states.

The Showcase will be at Galesburg High School from 10 am until noon and Knoxville High School from 1 pm to 3 pm.
