The Warren County Public Library is gearing up for another busy month with multiple activities scheduled on the children and adult sides for November. Some upcoming events on the children’s side include Watch Me Grow, Storytime on Fridays, a Lego Party, and a family festival on Thursday November 15th. Danielle Morrison, Youth Librarian, shares more details:
“We had a great turnout last month. There are snacks, songs, and books. It’s a time for families to come together and work on some early literacy skills and make some crafts,” states Morrison.
On the adult side, scheduled events include US Citizenship exam tutoring, technology help, Rules of the Road help, and a discussion about WWII Model Airplanes. Rebecca Eaton, Adult Librarian, shares more details:
“On the 13th at 6:30 pm, Chad Braatz from the city is coming in to talk about World War II Model Airplanes. He has been doing this for years, and has built over 200 already. He designs and builds them. He researches the planes then designs them and build it himself,” Eaton reports.
