Ray Defenbaugh Reconized for His Leadership in Promoting Ethanol Growth

Share

Last week at a Growth Energy board meeting in South Dakota, Raymond Defenbaugh of Biggsville, CEO of Big River Resources and Growth Energy board member, was recognized for his leadership and hard work in promoting ethanol growth.

Defenbaugh is a strong leader for the Prime-The-Pump, which is to make sure ethanol pumps are being installed at gas stations to insure the product is available for the consumers.

Ethanol pumps at gas stations are becoming more available for consumers. Hy-Vee stores across the nation have installed ethanol pumps and recently Casey’s General Store unveiled they will be partnering with Prime-The-Pump to bring ethanol to their consumers.

All of this began with Defenbaugh out in front as he helped with the ground work in getting others to support the Prime-The-Pump initiative and communicating with gas station owners to install pumps.
