The West Central School Board met this week for their monthly meeting and after discussion on many feel good items, it turned to talk on the Tax Levy and substitute teachers. Superintendent Paula Markey has more:

“The board approved our 2018 Tax Levy. And this year’s levy calls for an increase of 4.99%. We also approved a memorandum of understanding with the Regional Office of Education to provide training for short term subs going forward,” Markey states.

The board also set a graduation date, which will be on Sunday May 19th at 2pm.
