Due to “reasons beyond his control,” Kevin Cerar will be closing Cerar’s Barnstormer Steakhouse and Catering via the restaurant’s Facebook page. “The future is uncertain at this time. However, I am working diligently to come up with a solution for the possibility of a new business,” Cerar said. Any questions, including gift cards, can be answered by Cerar at (309) 255-9494. Last year, Cerar closed Petey’s Bar and Grill in Monmouth and the Packinghouse in Galesburg.
