Travis E. Hayburn, 34, of Kirkwood, IL, passed away at 1:19 pm Thursday, April 18, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL.

A celebration of life will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Center Grove Cemetery, Kirkwood, IL.  Memorials can be made to the Travis Hayburn Memorial Fund for his children’s education.  For more information or to leave an online condolence please visit, www.mcguireanddaviesfuneralhome.com.
