Frank F. Kelly, 82, of Galesburg, IL passed away Friday, June 21, 2019, at the OSF St. Mary Medical Center Galesburg, IL.  He was born Sunday, September 20, 1936 in Tulon, IL the son of Floyd B. and Nellie (Fleming) Kelly.  He married Karen Lozier on June 19, 1959, at Laurel United Methodist Church in Springfield, IL.

Frank is survived by his wife of Galesburg; his children, Kathryn L. Kolls of Allen, TX, W. Kevin (Marquitta) Kelly of Cleveland, TN, Linda M. (Hector) Lopez of Morton, IL; grandchildren, Nikki and Jared of Allen, TX, Brint of East Brainerd, TN, Brianna of Harrison, TN, and Brittney of Dothan, Al, and Andrea of Morton; 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 brother (George).

Frank graduated Roseville High School in 1955.  He served in the US Airforce from 1957-1961 and was stationed in Malmstrom Airforce Base, Great Fall, Montana.  Frank was an avid gardener and loved his flowers.  He was a craftsman and enjoyed woodworking and making pieces for family and others.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Galesburg.  He loved his family.  He had many jobs and talents most of which were self-taught.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Roseville American Legion.  Memorials may be made to the Myelodysplastic Syndromes Foundation, Roseville American Legion and or the First United Methodist Church of Galesburg, IL.  Please sign the online guestbook at www.wisefamilyfuneralhome.com.  Wise Family Funeral Home Roseville is in charge of the arrangements.
