OSF Holy Family Medical Center will be hosting their monthly Diabetes Support Group on Monday, June 24 at five pm. The class will be held in the wellness classroom on the north side of the hospital.
The Diabetes Support Group is held every 4th Monday of a given month.
Diabetes Education Coordinator at OSF, Tina Canada, tells us what the topics of the class will be.
“This month we’re talking about sleep quality, blood-glucose management, heart health, and what the connection is between getting a quality night’s sleep, your blood glucose, and your heart health.”
