On Tuesday July 30, 2019 officers from the Monmouth Police Department, Illinois State Police, West Central Drug Task Force and the Warren County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 930 180th Ave., Monmouth. This resulted in the arrest of Michael D. Brewer, 45 of 930 180th Ave. Monmouth. Officers seized multiple containers of cannabis and various cannabis products. Brewer is being charged with Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver over 500 grams, but less than 2000 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Use of Weapons. Brewer was taken to the Warren County Jail where he is currently being held.
