Senior Classes being offered at Warren County YMCA

Share

Senior classes are ongoing at the Warren County YMCA, but the YMCA has switched their program.

The new program, called Silver Sneakers, are meeting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at ten am.

Staci Bass of the YMCA gives us an overview of one of the classes available.

“It’s a chair based fitness class designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and improve activity for daily life.”

The second class being offered is a “splash class” which uses splash boards to increase movement and resistance that is suitable and safe for all skills and swimmers.
