Streets will begin being blocked by 5 am, Police Chief Switzer outlined the specific streets as:

“Well, it goes down to 2nd Avenue on Main Street, on North Main street it’s going to go all the way out to Harlem. We’re going to have the entire square blocked off, it goes over to South 1st, and East 1st, and I believe they’ve blocked off North 1st and Archer. Over by the Sheriff’s Department it will be blocked off on the corner, and West Broadway, it will just go to A Street, and East Broadway, it goes over to 2nd.”
