Anna M. Howard, 82, of Avon, IL passed away Friday, August 23, 2019, 6:20 p.m. at the Prairie City Rehab and Health Care Center, Prairie City, IL.  She was born Friday, September 4, 1936, in Bushnell, Il the daughter of Floyd and Anna Schisler Chambers.  She married Kenneth W. Howard on May 14, 1955, in Bushnell, IL, he preceded her in death on November 11, 2012.

Anna is survived by her children Patty (Mike) Muhleman of Stronghurst, Debbie (Dan) Knapp of Avon, Mike Howard (Mary Keith) of Avon, and Kevin Howard of Avon; 2 grandchildren Amy (Jason) Ford and Joshua Muhleman, and 2 great grandchildren Anna and Jonathan Ford.  One Brother Wayne Chambers, One sister Dorothy Chenoweth, and one sister in law Bertie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 Brothers Cliff, Dick, and David.

Anna worked at Admirals in Galesburg.  Her dogs were her life, she has always had a dog since 1969.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed Quilting, crocheting, and Gardening.

Graveside Service will be 11:00 am August 27, 2019, at the Avon Cemetery Avon Il.  There will be no visitation.  Memorials may be made to W.I.A.R in Monmouth.  Online condolences may be made at www.wisefamilyfuneralhome.com .  Wise Family Funeral Home in Avon is in charge of arrangements
