A Child’s Christmas in Wales Auditions

At Wells Theater, Monmouth College

Tuesday, September 10th

            4-6pm Elementary/Middle School

            6-8pm High School/College/Adults

Wednesday, September 11th

            6pm Elementary/Middle School

            8pm High School/College/Adults

Elementary/Middle School:

*16 bars (30 seconds) of a favorite Christmas carol or hymn. Can be sung a cappella, with recorded music, or you can bring sheet music for our accompanist.

*A short (less than 60 seconds) story about a favorite Christmas memory or tradition. Can be real or imagined!

High School/College/Adult:

*16 bars (30 seconds) of a favorite Christmas carol or hymn. Can be sung a cappella, with recorded music, or you can bring sheet music for our accompanist.

*A short monologue from a contemporary or classical play. Actors who do not have a monologue can arrive early and read one provided, or contact Todd Quick (TQUICK@monmouthcollege.edu) in advance.

Photos will be taken at auditions, but actors are welcome to bring in photos and resumes if they desire.

Rehearsals are scheduled to begin in October.

Production is November 21-24, 2019.
