Mr. Bruce L. Tucker, 77, of Galesburg, Illinois died 6:50 p.m. Sunday, September 29, 2019 at his home. 

He was born October 23, 1941 in Burlington, Iowa to Rudolph L. and Elnora (Widner) Tucker.  He married Frances Custer in Galesburg.  He later married Diane Skiles in Galesburg. 

Surviving is his son, Shane L. (and April) Tucker of Oquawka, Illinois, his daughter, Lisa Tucker-Seibert of Richmound, Illinois, and three grandchildren, Bailey, Blake and Breeanna Tucker.  He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Bill Tucker and Gary Tucker. 

Bruce worked for Gunther Products Company, a division of A.E. Staley in Galesburg for 20 years.  He later was a crane operator for Raiders Precast in Burlington until his retirement.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles when he was younger, going out to eat, and fishing.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. 

Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service Galesburg Chapel.  Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 7, 2019 at Oquawka Cemetery, Oquawka, Illinois.  Memorials may be made to the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com
