Stone Hayes Looking For Personal Assistants

Share

Stone Hayes Center for Independent Living is offering Personal Assistant training in Warren and Henderson Counties to gain more assistance and expand their services in the under-served communities. Lynn Voeller, Independent Living Advocate, informs their services are for those with any disability:

“Our services are free. We are there to help people live independently versus going into a nursing home. The training’s I do are for people that will go into the home and help that individual with life skills they cannot perform anymore,” states Voeller.

Those interested in attending need to bring their drivers license and social security card.

The training will be held Friday, November 15th at the Warren County Health Department.
