The Stronghurst Holiday Walk will be held on Friday, November 22nd from 5 to 7 pm. Lori Hamilton, owner of Bob’s TV and Home Furnishings, highlights activities everyone can partake in:
“All the different businesses are open. Everyone is usually serving food and drinks, so there are different activities going on at the different businesses. Of course Santa will be there to greet children and hand out stuff to the kids. We will have musical entertainment. The West Central children’s choir will be there. The Ecumenical Singers will be at the Bank of Stronghurst. We usually have other music playing. We have Amish wagon rides that night and barrel train rides for the kids,” shares Hamilton.
The Stronghurst Booster Club will also be raffling off a tiny house made by Blue Jay Barns. Only 500 tickets are being sold and they are $20 each. Tickets can be found at businesses in Stronghurst or a booster club member. The tiny house will be on display outside the Bank of Stronghurst.
