The Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their Young Professionals Network Meeting tomorrow, November 6th, at Cherry Street Restaurant and Bar at 5:30 pm. Marketing and Member Engagement Manager Kelsey Litchfield, explains the goal of these meetings:

“It is just basically a group of young professionals in the Galesburg area, so it can be any young professional from Knox and Warren County. It just gives them an environment to be with other young professionals, network, and build those relationships within the business community,” Litchfield shares.

Lily Blouin, the Regional Coordinator from Forefront, will be speaking at the event on networking with area non-profits.

On Monday, November 25th, the Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their 41st Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon at Cedar Creek Hall from 11:30 am to 1 pm.

Mike Acerra, co-founder of Lux Blox, will be the keynote speaker and the 2019 Thomas B. Herring Award winner will be announced.

Tickets are $25 per person or $185 for a table of 8 and can be purchased by calling the Chamber at 309-343-1194.
