Mrs. Vivian Susan White, 63, of Galesburg passed away at 4:19 a.m., Friday, November 8, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Hospital, Peoria.

Vivian was born November 21, 1955 in Galesburg the daughter of Jewell and Eula Todd Johnson. She married Allan Craig White on November 5, 1975 in Galesburg.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Allan White of Galesburg; her two sons, Derrick (Kesha) Johnson and Allan C. Johnson both of Minneapolis, Minnesota; her daughters, Carla Johnson of Peoria, Illinois and Valerie White of Mankato, Minnesota; her brother, Kenneth Johnson of Galesburg; her sister, Jewelline (Charles) Paulson of Norfolk, Virginia and 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert Johnson.

Vivian attended Galesburg schools and Carl Sandburg College nursing program. She worked as a registered nurse assistant for various nursing homes in the Galesburg and Minneapolis area. Vivian enjoyed listening to music but her favorite past time was spending time with her family.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Friday, November 15, 2019 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremations Services Galesburg Chapel. Cremation will be accorded. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
