Wiswell-Robeson Lecture hosting Pasturebird’s Grieve

Share

The fourth Wiswell-Robeson Lecture is taking place Monday, November 11 at seven pm at Dahl Chapel on the Monmouth College campus.

The speaker for the lecture is Paul Grieve, co-founder of Pasturebird and Primal Pastures, a farm cooperative in Southern California that was featured on CNBC’s Billion Dollar Buyer. Grieve, who co-founded Pasturebird in 2015, is a former Marine and Intelligence Officer, as well as a former All-American Track and Field athlete.

Jeanne Robeson, founder of the Wiswell-Robeson Lecture, tells the story of how Grieve founded Pasturebird:

“After beginning with 50 chickens, he and his brothers-in-law and his family, built a thriving business involving 50,000 chickens and is now one of the biggest chicken farms in the country.”

The Wiswell-Robison Lecture is free and open to the public.
