The Warren County YMCA will be starting their new slate of programs on January 6.

The programs will include both land and water exercises and are designed for any level of difficulty. There are four water classes and land classes include cycling, stretching, and yoga.

Stacy Bass of the YMCA says the new season will be busy and that the YMCA wants to help people sign up:

“There will be a lot of people joining and coming back to classes. Our goal is always to help anybody get a membership”

The Warren County YMCA is offering free admission with no membership needed until Saturday, December 21.
