On Monday, December 30, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., U.S. Census Bureau staff will be available at the Knox County Workforce Office, 311 E. Main St (Bondi Building) Suite 612, to assist people interested in applying for upcoming census jobs in the area. Both office & in-field positions may be available. Applicants can also apply online at https://2020census.gov/en/jobs.
The typical pay rate for Knox County census work is $17.50 per hour, and work schedules vary by position. Most positions are anticipated to last several weeks, but employment may end at any time or hours of work may be reduced if there is a lack of available work.
