Mrs. Pauline R. DeWitt of Galesburg, Illinois died 7:56 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg. 

She was born April 28, 1934 in rural Henderson County, Illinois to William M. and Merle M. (Kessinger) Reyburn. 

She married Edward F. Quigley in 1956 in Galesburg.  She later married Gregory DeWitt, April 17, 1973 in Macomb, Illinois.  He survives. 

Also surviving is a son, Edward Quigley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two daughters, Kathy Quigley of Oklahoma City, and Lori Handley of Oklahoma City, three brothers, Oral (and Donna) Reyburn of Monmouth, Charles R. (and Donna M.) Reyburn of Galesburg, and James (and Sandra) Reyburn of Whittier, California, 2 grandsons, Corry Barrett and Casey Handley, and a great granddaughter, Lillian Tober.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and three sisters. 

Pauline graduated from Monmouth High School.  She worked for Americana Nursing Home and Midwest Photo Supply in Galesburg.  She later worked for Maytag Corporation for several years.  Pauline was of the Catholic faith. 

Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, January 20, 2020 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service Galesburg Chapel.  Funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the chapel.  Father Jacob Rose will officiate.  Burial will be in East Linwood Cemetery, Galesburg.  Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com
