The deadline is fast approaching for Kindergarten through twelfth graders in Warren, Henderson, and Mercer Counties to enter the 52nd Annual Town and Country Art Show at the Buchanan Center for the Arts. Executive Director Kristyne Gilbert shares the event continues to grow and enlighten all involved:

“700 to 1,000 pieces of artwork we have had at any given time in the last five plus years that I have been there and it is just a real joy, so colorful, no two years are ever the same. The best part is when the students come in and they see their artwork on display in a professional setting. It just brings so much joy not only to the students but also the volunteers that put that together for them,” Gilbert states.

Entry forms can be picked up from the BCA or art teachers at the schools.

The deadline for students to enter is Saturday, February 22nd.

Artwork will be displayed in the BCA gallery beginning March 10th through the 24th. Monetary awards and ribbons will be given on Saturday, March 14th at 3 p.m.
