Illinois State Police Make Arrest for Possession and Dissemination of Child Pornography

Princeton, ILIllinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) officials announce the arrest of Nicholas S. Bouslog, (M/39) of Princeton, IL, for one count of Dissemination of Child Pornography, child under 13 years of age, (Class X Felony) and one count of Possession of Child Pornography, child under 13 years of age (Class X Felony).

On Feb. 13, 2020, ISP DCI Investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in Princeton following a preliminary investigation which revealed Nicholas S. Bouslog was allegedly engaged in possessing, disseminating, and producing child pornography.  A thorough investigation ensued, and through the investigation, DCI Investigators, with the assistance of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General gathered digital evidence supporting the arrest.  During the execution of the warrant, ISP investigators came in contact with Bouslog and arrested him for possession and dissemination of child pornography. The Bureau County State’s Attorney’s Office approved one count of Dissemination of Child Pornography, child under 13 years of age, (Class X Felony) and one count of Possession of Child Pornography, child under 13 years of age (Class X Felony). Bouslog is currently being lodged at the Bureau County Jail awaiting bond. Additional charges are pending. The investigation is ongoing.
