Kunkle Interviews On National Radio Show

Members of the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau recently attended the Governmental Affairs Conference in Springfield put on by the Illinois Farm Bureau, featuring keynote speaker and SiriusXM radio host Michael Smerconish. Manager Gina Long shares Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau President Jared Kunkle was asked to be a part of a Farmer Forum on Smerconish’s show:

“Jared, along with a livestock farmer from Peoria County and a grain and hemp farmer from Pia County were on the panel. They spoke for an hour with Michael Smerconish. It was really neat because Michael, who is from Pennsylvania, from the east coast and the political world, he had a very genuine interest in wanting to talk to farmers and be like ‘I don’t know that much about production ag, tell me about it,” Long says.
