Share

The Monmouth-Roseville School District has approached the City Council about placing customized banners on light poles around the town square and surrounding blocks to promote their sports programs. Mayor Rod Davies states the Council is working on coordinating with the district:

“We are in the midst of a renovation and the downtown grant that we got had signage things in that so we wanted to coordinate our reference and theirs to make sure that we understand what they are wanting to do and they understood what we are wanting to do,” Davies says.

No action was taken on the request. It will be discussed further at the next City Council meeting on March 2nd.
