William M. Romine, age 78, of Monmouth, Illinois passed away at OSF St.
Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois on Wednesday January 15,
2020.
William is the son of William Marshal and Gertrude Marie Crockett
Romine. He was born on May 23, 1941 in Monmouth.
Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service is planned by his
family at a later date.
