Monmouth City Hall Open, Closed to Public Foot Traffic

In an effort to protect our residents and employees from COVID-19, Monmouth City Hall will be closed to public foot traffic until March 30th. Employees will still be available by telephone and email.

If you do not have auto-pay set up and would like to pay your water bill you do have several options available. Any credit card processing fees will be credited on next month’s bill for those who elect to pay online or over the phone.

• A dropbox is located on the West side of the building

• You may call 309-734-2035 to process a credit card over the phone

• You may pay online at www.cityofmonmouth.com

• You may pay at any participating banks
