Mrs. Beverly J. Tracy, 77, of Galesburg, Illinois died 8:06 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2020 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois.

She was born June 9, 1942 in Knoxville, Illinois to Verner and Ruth (Trout) Fahlund.  She married Kenneth L. Tracy, Sr.

Surviving are two sons, William C. (and Cindy) Tracy of Madisonville, Kentucky and Kenneth L. (and Edie) Tracy, Jr. of Ramsey, Minnesota, a brother, Roger V. Fahlund of Ft. Worth, Texas, a sister, Christine R. (and Bill) Thompson of Wichita, Kansas, a sister-in-law, Mary Fahlund of Knoxville, ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren and an aunt, Evelyn Sweringen of Galesburg.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Mark A. Tracy on October 10, 2016, a brother, Donald E. Fahlund and two sisters, Barbara A. Fahlund and Jean L. Fahlund. 

Beverly graduated from Knoxville High School in 1960.  She was a Carman for Burlington Northern/ Santa Fe Rail Road in Galesburg for several years.  She was also a cook for the Ingram Barge Company in Paducah, Kentucky.  She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Galesburg.  She was an active member and former president of O.A.K.S. in Galesburg where she loved to cook and bake for others. 

Due to social distancing limitations related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family will not be present during a visitation from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service Galesburg Chapel.  Limited number of people may enter at a time during the visitation.  Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2020 at Abingdon Cemetery, Abingdon, Illinois.  Pastor Pam Marolla will officiate.  The family has requested anyone that would like to go to the cemetery but remain in their vehicles may meet at the Abingdon Cemetery.  A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.  Memorials may be made to O.A.K.S.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com
