High School Seniors Feeling the Love Through “Adopt a Senior”

Share

High School seniors around the country and in our local area are feeling the love and support from community members through a Facebook group “Adopt a Senior”. The page allows parents to add a post about their senior and then friends, family, and others can “adopt” a senior by showering them letters, cards, gift cards, snacks, or anything to let them know they are being rooted for. Since Illinois and Iowa schools will not be returning to in classroom learning for the remainder of the year due to COVID-19, and proms and graduations still up in the air, parents wanted to find a way to still show their senior and all seniors support during these unprecedented times. To learn more about this public Facebook group, just search Adopt a Senior.
