Jeff Klinck Galesburg Nissan Owner Shares How the Pandemic Has Affected His Business

Business models continue to be impacted during these trying times, but with making some changes, business can still carry on. At Galesburg Nissan, sales are being done by appointment only, but the service department is operating as normal and remains busy says owner Jeff Klinck:

“We are doing everything we can to make it as easy as possible. We have a touch free process in place that we have implemented in response. We will actually come pick up your vehicle, service it, and drop it back off. Leave the keys where we can get at them. You can pay by credit card. We are taking extra precautions as we are sanitizing any touch points. We have distancing barriers throughout the dealership should you bring your car in. If you need a loaner car, that is never a problem. We will arrange you a loaner car while we take care of your service. We are doing all we can to make it easy and convenient for people to concentrate on taking care of their families, their jobs, and everything else. We will take care of their car,” Klinck says.

Galesburg Nissan is maintaining their normal operation hours throughout this pandemic, Monday through Friday 7:30 to 5 and 8 to noon on Saturdays.

To schedule an appointment, contact the dealership at 309-342-4121.
