Tony B. Brownlee, 63, of Alexis, IL, passed away at 2:10 a.m., Thursday, April 23, 2020 at his home.

He was born on September 28, 1956 in Monmouth, IL, the son of Brice and Nellie (Sickles) Brownlee.  He was raised and educated in Warren County, attending Yorkwood High School, Kirkwood, IL.

Tony married Debbie Baxter in Kirkwood, IL on May 3, 1980.

Tony was a machinist working for Munson Transportation in Monmouth and for the past 25 years was a mechanic for R & K Cycle in Kirkwood, IL

Tony loved being outside on the farm, riding 4 wheelers and motorcycles.  He enjoyed visiting friends all over the countryside, collecting and shooting guns, going to flea markets, the State Fair and watching wildlife with his binoculars out his window.

Survivors include his daughters, Stephanie (Breanna Johnson) Brownlee of Minneapolis, MN and Jessica Brownlee of Monmouth, IL; his mother, Nellie Brownlee of Alexis, IL; sister, Becky (Dennis) Terpening of Kirkwood, IL; 2 nieces, Georgia (Rocky) Caulkins of Galesburg, IL and Carmen (Gerald) Williams of Seaton, IL; 1 great nephew and 3 great nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions and requirements during this time a private family interment will take place at Cedar Creek Cemetery, Little York, IL, Memorials may be given to the Tony Brownlee Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home.
