Lester E. Moran, age 46, or rural Monmouth, Illinois, passed away at
12:58 PM on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in
Peoria, Illinois. He was born December 6, 1973 in Moline, Illinois, the
son of Jerry William and JoAnn (Geary) Moran. Lester attended schools in
Rock Island. He was previously married to Robin Farrington. Lester
worked for Monmouth Ready Mix in Monmouth and lastly Chandler Trucking in Monmouth. He loved fishing and working on cars. Mostly, Lester loved his family. His Church was important and he was an ordained minister.

Lester is survived by his mother, JoAnn Moran of Monmouth, Illinois, two
daughters; Brittany (Jeffrey) Keeler of Lebanon, Missouri and Sydney of
Monmouth, Illinois, two sons; Jerry Moran of Monmouth, Illinois and
Clinton Rutledge of South Dakota, six grandchildren; Landon Moran,
Beverly Moran, Gabe Keeler, Avianna Keeler, Sophia Keeler, and an
expected grandchild. He is also survived by one sister Kelly Fuller and
one brother Frank Demar. He is preceded in death by his grandparents,
his father, and son William.

As were Lester’s wishes, cremation is being accorded. A family and
friends gathering will be held at a later date. A memorial is being
