Paul M. Duke, age 78, of Galesburg, Illinois, died at 5:05 P.M. on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at Trinity Unity Point Health in Rock Island, Illinois.

Paul was born on August 7, 1941 in Galesburg, Illinois, the son of Merle and Amy (Stevens) Duke. He married Marcia R. Lee on November 23, 1963 in Galesburg, Illinois.

Surviving is his wife Marcia R. Duke of Galesburg, Illinois; one son, Tim (and Cheree) Duke of Baton Rouge, Louisianan; two grandchildren: Keagan and Brielle; siblings: Donna Peters of  Pekin, Illinois, David (and Jan) Duke of Galesburg, Illinois, and Patty (and Pat) Cherrington of Dahinda, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter, Sienna Morgan.

He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Galesburg, Illinois.

A private burial will be held at East Linwood Cemetery in Galesburg, Illinois. Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes & Crematory in Knoxville, Illinois is assisting the family per their wishes. On-line condolences and expressions of sympathy may be made through www.hurd-hendricksfuneralhome.com.
