Charles L. Blue, 65, of Abingdon, died at 5:50 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Aperion North, Galesburg.

Charles was born March 31, 1955 in Algona, IA the son of Rev. Anderson Otto and Rev. Dorothea Ellen (Shaw) Blue.  He married Melinda Powell on March 27, 2010 in Abingdon.  He is survived by his wife Linda of Abingdon; two sons, Joshua and Bobbie Blue both of Iowa; one daughter, June Blue of Iowa; two sisters, Ellen Moore of Ames, IA and Lillie Lee of Boone, IA; two granddaughters; three grandsons; and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Billie Blue; twin sisters, Grace Finchum and Linda Faith Delay; and one infant brother.

Charles worked for Faul Moving Company in Galesburg.  He loved riding his motorcycle and singing karaoke. 

Cremation will be accorded.  No services are planned.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.  Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
