Burlington Man Arrested on Aggravated DUI in Henderson County

On Wednesday, August 26th at 6:13 pm, Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence in the township of Gladstone for a domestic violence complaint. Upon arrival the suspect had left. During an investigation, the Illinois State Police located the suspect, 56 year old Jimmy Wolgemuth of Burlington, Iowa. Wolgemuth was arrested by State Police for Aggravated DUI and transported to the Henderson County Jail. After the investigation, Wolgemuth was charged with Home Invasion, Battery, and Criminal Trespass to Property.

Wolgemuth is currently being held at the Henderson County Jail awaiting his court appearance.

All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
