Being closed for ten weeks during the coronavirus pandemic, hair salons experienced a major economic hit. As a one man shop, Freeman Dovo, proprietor of F & A Barbershop, has relocated his business to his residence at 1130 East Broadway in Monmouth:

“No appointments are needed, just walk in. I will leave the door open for anybody that needs a nice, clean haircut. I do straight razor for men who want a smooth shave. My wife also treats natural African American hair,” Dovo shares.

F & A Barbershop has been a part of the Monmouth community for two years.
