Ferry Says Due to COVID, High School Arts Have Their Own Challenges

With the Monmouth-Roseville school district going to remote learning starting next week, there are certainly challenges with school work and sports schedules. Arts departments have their own set of issues to work through. Monmouth-Roseville choir director Kevin Ferry says though some might view those as negatives, he plans on turning them into positive experiences.

Ferry and his chorus students have either shared, or won outright, the last eight Class B Vocal state championships and the Monmouth-Roseville music department claimed their first overall class B state championship this past spring.
