Nancy A. Bennett,72, of Monmouth, IL formerly of Clearwater, FL passed away at 9:37 pm Saturday, August 1, 2020 at the Monmouth Nursing Home, Monmouth, IL.

Nancy was born September 17, 1947 in Norwood, MA, the daughter of Joseph and Rose Ann (Zampolli) Silvestri.  She was raised and educated in Norwood, MA.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Boston University and later earned her Master’s Degree in Business from the University of New Mexico.

Nancy married John Bennett on in 1989 in Walpole, MA and he survives.

Nancy was a Surgery Center Administrator in Florida.

She was of Catholic Faith.  She loved her cats.

Survivors include her husband, John Bennett of Monmouth, IL; 3 children, Kimberly A Leone of Franklin, MA, Christine M. Bennett of Kennebunkport, ME and Michael Leskala; 4 grandchildren; one sister, Cheryl Rose Lienesch of WA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 pm, Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, IL.  Cremation will take place following the visitation. A family interment will take place in Norwood, MA at a later date.  Memorials may be given to OSF Hospice.  Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and requirements, all attendees are required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
