Theresa I. Tarochione, 46, of St. Augustine, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020, 2:23 AM, at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg.

Theresa was born on November 6, 1973 in Galesburg. She was the daughter of Jay and Donna (Howell) Perryman. She married Vincent Tarochione on April 15, 2005 in Monmouth. Together they celebrate fifteen years of marriage. Theresa is survived by her loving husband, Vincent of St. Augustine; children, Cheyenne Tarochione of Galesburg and Brandon Myers of Peoria; her mother Donna Perryman of Galesburg; siblings, Cheryl (Richard) Brodrick of East Peoria and Tammie (Brad) DeFord of Galesburg; and two grandchildren Ryker and Isabella Brubaker of Galesburg. She was preceded in death by her father; and grandparents, Donald and Dorothy Howell, and Floyd and Eunis Perryman.

Theresa is a 1992 graduate of Knoxville High School. She then went on to work as a dispatcher for the former VSM Trucking and Chandler Trucking in Abingdon and Monmouth. She became the assistant operations manager for Bertis Carlson Trucking five years ago and was presently working there today. She loved her dogs Gizmo, Sadie, and Diesel. She enjoyed golfing. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted with Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes and Crematory, Knoxville. Memorials may be donated to the American Heart Association in honor of Theresa Tarochione.  Condolences may be left to the family at www.hurd-hendricks.com.
