It is with heavy hearts that the Warren County Health Department announces its first COVID related death. We extend our sympathies to those who knew and loved this individual. The death was a male between the
ages of 60-80.
We urge our community to do what you can to slow the spread of this virus. Social distance at least 6 feet apart, wear a face covering, wash your hands frequently, and stay home when you are ill.
Per CDC people with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
