Two Arrested in Warren County on Drug Charges

A joint Warren County and Henderson County Sheriff’s Offices investigation resulted in the arrest of two Warren County residents on drug charges Wednesday evening (September 9, 2020). Information developed by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office and referred to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office resulted in a search warrant that was served at a Kirkwood residence. Patrick E. Brown, age 36, and Fallon McCutcheon, age 36, were arrested on felony charges of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Methamphetamine. Illinois State Police as well as the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the search. Brown‘s bail was set at $10,000 and McCutcheon’s bail was set at $5,000.
