It could be up to two weeks after the November 3rd general election day before results are officially counted due to mail in ballots, which have to be post marked by Election Day to be counted, reports Warren County Clerk Tina Conard:

“If it is dropped off by Election Day, the polls close at 7 pm. We will process those ballots on Election Day, but then we have two weeks to wait for ballots to come in the mail,” states Conard.

Ballots will be mailed out in late September. On September 24th, early voting in the county clerk’s office begins or vote at the polls on Election Day, November 3rd.
